If you see a black screen only when you turn the APP on, 1st step is to force updates to the device by following the below procedure:

  1. Go to main screen (by clicking home)
  2. Select settings
  3. Select APPS
  4. Select iptv
  5. Select clear cache
  6. Clear it (make sure Cache is ZERO)
  7. Go to IPTV again and open it
  8. Click OK for 2 seconds
  9. Select reload portal > IPTV1> click OK
