If you see a message on the screen when you open the APP saying STB Blocked: Contact the provider, please do the following:

1- Open the app

2- When it says STB Blocked, Press OK for 2 seconds on the remote Control

3- Select MAC Address

4- Enter the MAC Address in the form below so we fix it.

Important notes:

  • we fix the STB blocked during working hours Mon – Fri 10:00 AM – 05:00 PM New york time
  • You need to know the order number, go to your email inbox, and find our email that have your order details, and get the order number
  • if you send the request on Saturday or Sunday, it will be fixed on Monday
