The broadcasting service is very good, there are many channels ,but missing important channels for me which is blue nile tv, sudania 24, alshoroq from sudan

Pros: Shipping was good and installation was easy. Big variety of channels and easy interface.
Cons: Hard to navigate through the channels using the remote control you have to go one channel at a time and going back and forth is a pain. Search option is difficult to use making finding channels challenging. Some channels are not even working but no big deal there is more than enough channels. Sometimes gives connection error message and stops working.

It works good with plenty of good channels. It get frozen one time and working again after rebooting. Now it is completely frozen. Customer support is not available out of office hours. Despite this, I will recommend it for others who are tired of greedy cable providers.
